
So, I’ve bought my fair share of work out shoes over the years. Many were ill-fitted or didn’t offer proper support; but most sat in my closet and collected dust. I have a closet full of good intentions.
But these bad boys will be hitting the pavement tonight as I kick off my training for an upcoming 4 mile run. I have roughly 3 months to build up my running stamina from about 45 seconds to 30 minutes. Let the games begin!
