It’s Friday Ya’ll

Friday! My third favorite “F” word (another is free, I’ll let you guess the other, my fourth favorite is food 😉 – followed by fitness). It is also my first weigh in after coming off the cleanse, normally I gain weight and then get a tad irked with myself. BUT not today … down another .4 pounds. People, I cannot stress enough how important the food you put in your body is. Don’t get me wrong, portion control is important. But, I can portion control candy and chips all day long but all it’s doing is clogging up my body with junk and weighing me down.

Prior to joining my Beachbody team, I would restrict calories to unhealthy levels when I would get on my “diet” kicks. I’d eat ONE taco from Taco Bell and call it a day. Um, not healthy. Not only was I killing myself with low, low calories, but I was also not giving my body the nutrition it needed. I am in a much better place and mindset now, thanks to all the people I’ve met through Beachbody.
