Confession … I may have unintentionally dropped trou at work today. Yep, quite embarrassing. But, it did help me realize that I can no longer wear last month’s pants. They slid right off, button and all, when I gave a slight tug on the pocket. Goodbye hips, tush and thighs, it’s been real, it hasn’t been fun and it’s time to shrink and move on.

Last Wednesday, I started Debbie Siebers’ Slim in 6 and it is challenging me in ways I have yet to be challenged on my fitness journey. The workouts are primarily focused on mild cardio and resistance bands. And it is quite a work out. If you are looking to tone up and slim down, I highly recommend checking it out!
Still working on learning and implementing clean eating into my lifestyle … baby steps … but, it is going well and I am realizing how much I love healthy foods and the way they make me feel.
