The past 3 weeks have been pure debauchery … diet wise. I haven’t said no to a single piece of junk and I’ve expressed my American-given right of over indulgence and fast food. As a result, I have felt like junk … you are what you eat.

To put it in pounds, I am up 4 pounds since last week. Likely water weight – but I am also noticing muscle tone suffering.
So, today I started the Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse. I’ve done (unsuccessfully) cleanses before. What I like about this cleanse is that it includes food and also allows for moderate exercise (provided I have the energy in the morning).
Since I am starting Brazil Butt Lift in May, I decided to incorporate some of the workouts during the cleanse – so I wouldn’t feel like I was slacking because I was trying to learn the moves. Um, can I just say that Cardio Axe is a blast? Dude, I could Sand Sweep all day long!
Another perk of this cleanse? I am not depriving my body of nutrients despite the lower calorie intake.

6:30 am Green Tea
7:20 am Chocolate Shakeology w/ water
9:00 am Banana
11:30 am Chocolate Shakeology w/ water
12:00 pm Green Tea
1:30 pm Apple
4:00 pm Chocolate Shakeology w/ water
6:30 pm Salad w/ spring mix, grilled chicken, orange and yellow bell pepper, red onion, Bragg’s Healthy Vinaigrette
