21 Day Fix Day 10

So, remember me mentioning I upped my weights for Upper Fix yesterday? Yeah? Feeling it today!!

Luckily, today was Lower Fix (aka LEG DAY!!), so my poor little (teeny tiny) triceps got a bit of a rest. They still worked, holding up the weights for squats, lunges and more squats and lunges.

After Lower Fix, I find myself questioning our decision to get an apartment with a loft and then put our workout are up in the loft. It took me a good 45 seconds to take that first step down the stairs.

On the up side of Lower Fix & Day 10 – down a total of 4 pounds. I haven’t measured inches, but will after the first 3 weeks. Either way, I feel so much better than I did a week ago.
