“My quads are on fire!” Sing it! As much as I want to work my legs and build those quads (and shrink the calves … BOOTS!), sometimes I dread Lower Fix (aka Leg Day). Don’t get me wrong, once it’s done I love it! It’s just the walk back downstairs immediately after that I am really dreading.
With only five days left in round 1 of 21 Day Fix, I am really excited to tally the final results. One thing I wish I had been better with was following the eating plan. So, that is my focus today forward. I have been committed to the workouts, but it is time to get serious with the nutrition. Starting today, no more mini Twix or Milky Ways (Jennifer, slap me next time I come in your office to steal one!).
