
This is the final week in my first round of 21 Day Fix. So, far, I am down 5 pounds and am finally rediscovering muscles!
Friday and Saturday were food “disasters.” Meaning, I may have over indulged a bit. I am human and this was a good reminder of how crappy I feel when I drink and eat crap that doesn’t nourish. But, I got it out of my system and cam back with a vengeance yesterday.
Yesterday, was Total Body Cardio and today Upper Fix. Sunday also served as food prep day and a mental reset from the cheat meals over the weekend. My major win on Sunday? Going to Cracker Barrel and not even touching a biscuit. For me, this was huge. Hey, gotta celebrate the little wins!
