Turbo Fire One Month In

As I reflect back on the last month or so, I am able to see just how far I’ve come in just 30 days or so.
I’ve pushed play and followed the Turbo Fire program nearly everyday (I say nearly simple because I missed one or two while out of town). I’ve lost about 12 inches and a few pounds. When I look in the mirror, I don’t see the same girl looking back at me. Cheesy? Maybe. But, it’s true. I see not only improved physical strength but also mental and physical.

I used to read all these posts about how Beachbody changed peoples’ lives and I’d usually roll my eyes and say, yeah, ok. But now? Now I see what they mean. Sure it’s a combination of my own perseverance and drive, but mostly it’s been Beachbody and the support community I’ve found there. When I don’t want to work out or I want to gorge on cookies and candy, I have somewhere to go for support and encouragement – people who have not only been along for my journey, but who are also in the same journey.

That is why I have decided to coach. I want to help people like me realize that within all of us is a beast waiting to explode. We all have muscle, we all have the ability to better and strengthen our selves, and I want to share what I have learned with others and help them find their inner beast.
